Summary: In 1993, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a First Amendment religious free exercise challenge brought by a Florida Santerían church in Church of Lukumi Babalu Aye v. City of Hialeah. However, Lukumi may be the most misunderstood legal precedent in recent history. The decision is often cited for the proposition that religious practitioners have a constitutional right to engage in animal sacrifice. This is far from the truth. Lukumi was decided in a unique context, and its holding was not based on the merits of animal sacrifice. This article will demonstrate that Lukumi does not force government to acquiesce to animal sacrifice, or the “litter” it creates.

Here are his ever changing version of his attempt to ruin Daniel Padens online character. Fact is... There is no ex girlfriend in contact with Tom. Daniel remains in contact with the mothers of his children. They have a relationship that is a positive partnership in their love for their children. He for four months changed his version of how this ex came about.  He still has no proof. He has made his threat to "make Daniel famous" his credibility is not reliable. The last screen shot he is threatening, and the what Daniel has to do to make his accusations disappear. He has a motive to do harm, and expressed his intent.

My thoughts about this lump, Called Tom, and my plans with this blog.

Good Morning My Lovelies,

  I am up, and decided to put some things together. I woke up with some of the points that I need to bring up, and given the fact that Tom never seems to shut up, on Soundcloud, his facebook, or blog. He just drones on, and on. So much bullshit. I know for a fact that he is totally lying. I have my moments when I am either listening, or reading his accusations, that I can only sit in total sadness, anger, and confusion. I don't understand, and I really don't think I want to understand, how someone can make such hurtful, disgusting, character assassinating story about another person. Why? Tom, you are trying to wreck a persons life for no other reason, then in direct retaliation against The Satanic Temple. Your exact words were that Daniel, Beth, her family, and his daughter will all suffer because of Daniels connection to The Satanic Temple. You can even hear for yourself on this recording March ahead, not back....or in Toms case off a cliff . 

What kind of a person can do something like this to another? I have had extreme hate for someone, and in my honesty, could care less if they lived or died. Who hasn't? But, to intentionally create a story as devastating as this one, is completely incomprehensible to me. What is wrong with a person that does this? It is really a honest question, and I'm not sure even a answer will bring me a understanding of such a person like Tom. As I read up on the public posts, blogs, and audio I would like nothing more then to get away from this person. I don't know him, and I don't want to know him. He reminds me of a character in a crime novel, usually described as a sociopath I am in no way saying he is one, but that his actions and behavior is something I have never come across, and my only knowledgeable form of a comparison.

I do know that if someone doesn't stand their ground with him, and not give in to his demands, he will only continue to do it again, and again. I do say this with confidence based on his track record. I have found him over the last few years doing this same thing to someone else. For example, on Podomatic I found a recording of his on Allison Jones page  from March of 2012. He is doing the same thing to her, as he is presently doing to Daniel. Giving her a dead line, or posts go back up, with tags to family and friends. His claims to having friends out there to take care of things for him (that clean up like the mob), and then a promise of fame in the google search engine results. Wow! You mean he has done this before? Oh boy, has he ever!

When he does not like something, he spins these stories. Then when the person confronts him, he gets belligerent, and vulgar in his attacks. Male or female, he will say anything to degrade that person. His attack on a girl named Kindra, is pretty brutal. In a soundcloud of his he even goes as far as saying that he would like to hunt them (Kindra, and Michael) down and slit their throats. He then refers to her as Meth head Kindra, oh wait....Isn't that what he is presently doing to me? Nevermind, he refers to me as a Crack head. I thought I had him for a second there. The funny part is, from my early days on the internet, and my introduction to social media, I had a sense of concern about my privacy, so upon suggestion I created the name Beth Hedrick from two different people that I admired. I have never used my real name online. The only ones that use it, are my doctors, and bill collectors.  So nice try Tom, on the lengthy record you claim to have on me. You got a snippit of a story, and ran right into a wall with it. I am a sober alcoholic, for a year now. No big scary story about it. I chose to address a problem, and I hate to inform you, but there was no rehab. I had a appointment with my doctor to get a check up, and then I had another a week later. Just to make sure all was okay. You can take your snotty names, and opinion of a person that has chose a life of sobriety, and shove it up your ignorant ass. I will be more then happy to give links to your blogs, and soundcloud to a few online support groups for addiction. I'm sure they would have plenty to say about your rants, even facebook declared them as "hate speech". That is why your public figure page was deleted. It was due to the constant posts on both Daniel, and myself.

I stand behind and support Daniels choice in telling you to "fuck off" in regards to your deal, and demands. I have never seen him back down, and I guarantee you, he wont with you no matter what you threaten to do. He will not stop until you are held accountable for the damage you have done. No matter what lies, or accusations you post about either of us. What you are doing is not right, not right at all. This time, you pulled your game on the wrong person. He will not give up, or give in for the simple fact that you are lying, and you know you are. Now, I also question Cindy, and her role in your little game. I could not defend, or stand behind any man that tells the lies that you are telling. Then there is Meg or as I like to call her... Mama June. Now, come on. Don't get butt hurt. Tell me you don't see a resemblance.

Now Tom chill out. Your insults are becoming annoying, and your broken record tangents are getting old. I know your wife is so damn hot, and she clearly looks so much better then me. I am clearly jealous. She has so much to be envious of. A stud of a husband, money, fame, followers, and can do magic. Bitch! Just not fair. Pffft! Do you have any clue how stupid you
sound with your threats of magic? Even the Christians have advised you
to stop playing dungeons and dragons.

You posted your threat to Daniel, and then proceeded to carry it out. You used your blog Voice of theistic satanism and Soundcloud accounts as your weapon. I do not fear you, your wife, or Mama June (I think maybe Meg has bigger concerns to worry about looking at this site.) or all the magic that the three of you think you can conjure up, to hex us. Now, don't worry my lil man. My next post will cover your so called "stalking" accusations. I will have videos, screen shots, and even the flier in question. I am well prepared to discredit you, and your allegations. For now, I shall take a break, and enjoy some coffee and breakfast. See you soon.

Tom Erik Raspotnik... Where are these people that you keep referring too? I'm not seeing a huge support shown by anyone besides the corpse, the twisted sister, guitar boy, and some dumb ass from the U.K. that tried to send his ominous message, that came out more like a nickelodeon show character.  Your public facebook page, was deleted for hate speech, and harassment. I know why, cause I reported it. With a email asking them to look it over for targeting a particular person.

Where Tom created his bogus story of a crime that never happened.

 Well good day to my cyber part of the world. I have so much to post in the defense of Daniel Paden, and the truth. Now, this is only my opinion and take of Tom Erik Raspotnik based off of various forums, his own blog, and his soundcloud rants. He seems to be extremely delusional, and angry individual. All he seems to add to the Satanic community as a whole, including the theistic, is a long spew about how he is the voice, and how great he is. He is at odds with what appears to be everyone, and anyone that even blinks. I have found in doing my homework, that he has claims of working on projects to be pro-active, but none can be verified. The only thing that I have been able to pin point on him, is his constant battles with people, as well as his constant accusations of a sexual offense against others. So, that made me wonder where is the root of the branch he is holding tight to.

In reading the forums, he took offense to The Satanic Temple started to gain attention for a monument they had been working on to be placed in Oklahoma. He directed his displeasure at Doug Mesner a founder for The Satanic Temple. I have read blogs, threads, and listened to audio found on various sites. Going back to the beginning, have yet to see him post any proof of his accusations. To me it appears that he was not happy with the media attention Doug, and The Satanic Temple where receiving. For what reason exactly is unclear. He says it is the Atheistic Satanist aspect of it, but as time rolls on, it starts to appear to be one of envy.  To make some of what I am referring to, easily accessed I have added a couple links to make it easier to read for yourself. If he goes private, then I do have screen shots of them all. Cause if it's been posted then there's always a record of it.  First, is his disqus page under Rev Tom Erik Raspotnik, and Tom Erik Raspotnik.

On a thread on Letters to Satan is where Tom starts to come up with his story. Here are some screen shots of his accusations, and how he cannot keep his story straight. 

Once he learns that the abused son card was not going to work, because he lives with his mother....

So, now he starts his new story.

First he says "emails from a guy"

He has been playing the "sexual offender" card for four months now, and has not provided any proof of such evidence. Now Tom claims the authorities are investigating (which is not true) and he cannot provide the proof. Now, let me tell you a little something Tom. You say now that you are done with Daniel, and you don't want to deal with this anymore.

You can provide the investigators information, and the reporting agency, because if they have not been notified of what you accuse, and you have the proof you claim.... Then you are legally responsible to turn it over. You have to report the crime by law. After all you said you acted on this story, like a reporter does. You better get your source, and your evidence together for them. Well, unless you are making the whole thing up.

Now, I hope I have the energy for all of this. I definitely have the time, and I do believe it to be a worthy cause, to say the least. I have so much to post, and a mountain of information on what is really going on. It appears that there is a long traceable track history on Tom, and his bullying, threatening, and harassing people on the internet, with threats of exposing the individual of a crime, or having nude photos of a female he was ranting about, and his threats to post them online. Not a pretty history on this guy at all.

Tom, I believe it's time to prioritize your problems. The million dollar question on the looks of Cindy, is the least of them. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and these two are simply lovely.

I'm starting this blog, to get to the bottom of the lies, and attacks that Tom Erik Raspotnik has started with various people over the years on the internet. I will post screen shots, or links to some of the posts that Tom has made over the last few years, that are relevant to the subject of Tom and his lies. They are all on public social, and media sites. I will only black out the names of the innocent involved. So no Tom, nothing has been photoshopped, as you have tried to imply. I am blogging this as an individual, and not as, or part of a group. So, all statements, and or opinions posted are that of the author alone.

There is so much crap flying out of this mans mouth, it was tough to decide where to start with this blog. I will start on a blog written over a year ago by Lucia Graves titled Satanists' War on the War on Halloween. It is here that he leaves his ego laced post, or should I say spam, as a comment. Tacky on most levels, but as you see it was ignored, and as I got to read more, and more about him, and from him... He is not someone that will be ignored.



Toms threat

Tom does nothing, but talk, and post, talk, and post. For the most part, he is one long drawn out, shit talking, big mouth. I got involved when I found out he made allegations against Daniel Paden, committing a sexual offense against his daughter. I have known him, as well as his daughter, and both kids mothers for many years. Daniels daughter has even stated that none of this happened. There has been no proof of his claims, and no connections to anyone in Daniels personal life, or even their circles. His story does not add up, and is constantly changing, as I plan to point out in his own words, and posts. 

So I began to look into Tom Erik Raspotnik, and his wife Cindy. I was amazed that the history on these two, was not really a pleasant one. Just do a Google search yourself, and you will see that, what you find is either created by Tom, or by people defending themselves against online attacks by him. He makes a lot of claims, and as of yet I have not seen him give validation to anything he has laid claim to. It reminded me of Universal Studios. You know when you first see the house from "Psycho" and it looks so well put together. You can almost picture the rooms inside each window, but in reality it was just a facade. That's what I am finding when I look into Tom's statements. A great story, with nothing behind it.
